What we learned
In volume hiring, speed decides.
Advertising millions of jobs taught us what hiring teams at volume actually need. It isn’t more CVs. It’s short hiring cycles and a steady flow of candidates they can act on.
The first company to call a good candidate back usually hires them. Every day an applicant waits for a screen is a day they might take another job.
And most good applicants are never hired and never contacted again, even when they’d fit the next opening. So before you advertise again, Eva looks at the people who already applied.
