Only people who said yes
It only searches applicants who agreed to hear about other jobs when they applied.
Eva is the teammate your volume hiring has been missing. It fills your pipeline, talks to every applicant, screens them with evidence, interviews the best and briefs your team every morning. Your team makes the hires.
The role you need to fill
Hundreds of applicants per opening, most of them applying from a phone after work. Reaching them fast, asking the basics, sorting the pile and following up decides who gets hired, and it’s the work your recruiters have the least time for.
Meet Eva
Open MindMatch and your AI employee tells you what happened overnight, what needs a decision and what it did. Ask it anything about your jobs and candidates, in plain words.
Re-engage
Say who you need and where. Your AI employee searches the people who already applied to you, shows you the best matches and why, and asks them if they can start. You get a ready list instead of a new job ad.
It only searches applicants who agreed to hear about other jobs when they applied.
Nobody who applied in the last 30 days, was contacted in the last 7 or turned down in the last 30 is asked again.
You review the criteria, every scan of 100 and every message before anyone hears from you.
Its job description
A night on the job
Frontline candidates apply late, after their own work is done. Here is one night of what your AI employee does before your team is back.
MindMatch Job Ads puts the ad on job boards, social media and the MindMatch network.
Candidates finishing a late day tap “Apply by voice”, agree to the AI conversation and talk it through.
“Is there parking?” It answers from your FAQ, and flags any question it could not answer.
Each applicant is checked against your criteria, with every decision backed by their own words.
“6 Ideal fits are waiting. Invite them to the AI interview?” One click to approve.
Its report
Every requirement comes back met, not met or unconfirmed, with a one-line reason and the candidate’s exact words from the call or the resume. One click plays the moment they said it.
Your team’s turn
Everything your team needs to move fast on the candidates your AI employee surfaces, without losing track of anyone.
New, Shortlisted, Interviewing, Hired: drag candidates between stages, with undo if you slip.
All jobs, sorted best match first, with filters by fit, job and stage, and bulk interview invites.
Play a candidate’s call from the first question, right on the board. See who is on a call right now.
J and K to move, S to shortlist, R to reject, ⌘K to ask the AI about the candidate on screen.
No limit, or 2 to 20 minutes. Candidates see a countdown and the AI wraps up politely before time runs out.
Set a price per application and promote a job on the MindMatch network. Pause it any time; it leaves all channels within 24 hours.

Code of conduct
It works within the rules you set, and some it never breaks.
Questions, answers and criteria are checked when you save them. Anything that screens on age, race, sex, religion, national origin, disability or family status is blocked; inclusive wording is always welcome.
Every assessment quotes what the candidate said or wrote. If the evidence isn’t there, the requirement stays unconfirmed.
Screening is built around the job, not the person’s background. Details like age or family status carry no weight, and are discarded.
Candidates agree to talk with an AI and to the recording before the call starts. It never pretends to be a person.
It never rejects anyone on its own. It sorts, explains and proposes; your team approves, listens and decides.
It only ever sees your company’s jobs and candidates, and runs on MindMatch’s own cloud. Your data is not used to train AI models.
Getting started
No training program, no handbook. Give it a role and it drafts the rest for you to approve.
Paste an open role and set a price per application. It goes out through MindMatch Job Ads.
Review the voice questions, screening criteria and FAQ answers it drafts from your ad, and pick the call length. Nothing goes live without you.
Applicants start talking to your AI employee right away, and your first morning briefing lands the next day.
We’ll put your AI employee to work on one of your open roles, from job ad to shortlist, so your team can judge it on real applicants.
