Goals

Every deadline, every job. Eva’s on it.

Set how many people you need and by when, for one job or fifty. Eva works to each date: it talks to every applicant as they come in, checks every goal every 4 hours and has the next step ready before you need it, then gets every new hire to their first shift. You approve every step.

How a goal runs

One goal, week by week.

Eva talks to each applicant the same evening, checks the goal every 4 hours and moves early, so the date stays in reach.

The forecast

Always knows where each goal stands. Days ahead, not at the deadline.

Eva shows what each forecast is based on, and checks it every 4 hours, so you hear about a gap in days, not at the deadline.

  1. How many apply

Applications a day for the job, from the last 7 days.

  2. How many fit

Out of every 100 applicants, how many meet your must-haves.

  3. How many are hired

Out of every 100 who fit, how many are interviewed and hired.

  4. Where the numbers come from

This job’s own results first. Where it doesn’t have enough applications yet, Eva uses your other jobs of the same kind, then all your jobs, and typical numbers until there’s enough history.

Closing the gap

Two ways to move faster. Past applicants first.

People who already applied to you can often start sooner, so Eva asks them first. When that isn’t enough to keep pace, it proposes promoting the job too.

Re-engage past applicants

People who already applied to your jobs of the same kind, and agreed to hear about other jobs, are checked against your must-haves and asked if they can start. Often the fastest way to hire.

Promote the job

The job goes out to job boards, social media and the MindMatch network at the price per application you set. Eva proposes the price, and the promotion pauses before it goes over the ad budget you set.
